Terms of Service

Eligibility

The Service is rated for adults and is available only to users aged 18 or over. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Licence granted to you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the application on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly perform any content obtained through the Service;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, access-control or digital rights management feature;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the application, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the Service in a way that breaches any applicable law, or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• use automated means to access the Service, or attempt to disrupt its normal operation.

Free trial, subscriptions and billing

The Service may be offered with an introductory free trial followed by a recurring paid subscription. The trial length and price shown at the point of purchase form part of these Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated at checkout, and we may change prices with reasonable prior notice.

Cancellation and refunds

Where you purchase through a third-party app store or payment provider, that provider’s refund policy also applies and may take precedence. Consumers in Brazil retain the statutory right of withdrawal under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor, and consumers in Thailand retain their rights under applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

Third-party content and trade marks

The Service may reference or link to content and services operated by third parties. Those third parties are solely responsible for their own content, and their names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party brand does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from that brand.

Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may release updates that change how the Service works.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights you have under Brazilian or Thai law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application and cancelling any active subscription.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page, and where the changes are material we will give reasonable notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
