This Privacy Policy explains how Zenorix TV ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit this website or use the Zenorix application.

We act as the data controller for the processing described below. If you are in Brazil, your rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) apply. If you are in Thailand, your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) apply.

Data we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to operate and improve this website and the application.

  • Usage and analytics data: pages viewed, language selected, buttons clicked (such as the Install button), approximate region, referring website, device type, operating system and browser version.
  • Technical identifiers: IP address (truncated where supported), cookie identifiers and mobile advertising or installation identifiers used by our analytics provider.
  • Information you send us voluntarily: the content of any email or support request you choose to send, including your email address.

Why we process your data, and on what legal basis

  • To operate and secure the website — necessary for the performance of our service and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
  • To measure traffic and conversion so we can improve the product — based on your consent where consent is required for analytics identifiers, and otherwise on our legitimate interest.
  • To answer your support requests — necessary to respond to a request you initiated.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

Analytics and cookies

We use a third-party analytics service to understand how visitors use this page. It sets identifiers on your device and reports aggregated usage statistics to us. We do not use these identifiers to build advertising profiles or to sell your data.

You can withdraw consent or block these identifiers at any time through your browser or device settings, or by using your browser’s cookie controls. Blocking them does not affect your ability to download or use the application.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process data on our instructions and under contract, specifically our hosting provider, our content delivery network and our analytics provider.

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order or a valid request from a competent public authority.

International transfers

Our hosting and analytics providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside Brazil or Thailand, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer data across borders, we rely on the safeguards permitted by LGPD Article 33 and PDPA Section 28, such as standard contractual clauses with our processors.

How long we keep data

Aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 26 months. Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after the matter is resolved. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. We delete or anonymise data once these periods expire, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the applicable law, you may exercise the following rights free of charge:

  • Confirmation that we process your data, and access to that data.
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data.
  • Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed unlawfully.
  • Data portability to another provider, where technically feasible.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Information about the public and private entities with which we have shared your data.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with your national authority — the ANPD in Brazil, or the PDPC in Thailand.

Children's privacy

The Zenorix application is rated for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page and, where required by law, seek your consent again.
